- Skill-based multiple-choice interview: tests core knowledge in their chosen domain.
- Project-based evaluation: assesses practical skills through a small domain-relevant project.
- Coding challenges: 2 easy + 3 medium problems (no hard-level problems).
- Technical language: verbal and written technological communication assessment.
All results are visible in the developer’s PulseLab profile, allowing you to review strengths and fit before engagement.
