Developer Engagement

  • PulseLab aims to have developers ready to start within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • Clients will be notified promptly if any exceptions occur that affect start dates.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are accepted within 14 days of a developer’s start date.
  • To request a refund, please contact us at hello@pulselab.co.uk.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. PulseLab does not store payment information on our servers.


Cancellation Policy
